Spider Group’s business
Herbarium Company Ltd. is a part of the Spider group Pitomaca. The group consists of companies Jan-Spider Ltd., Herbarium Ltd. and Đolta Ltd… The goal of the Group is to consolidate the process of cultivation of medicinal and aromatic herbs, processing of raw materials in the final process of equipping – the preparation of final products for business partners or equipping of final products.
Growing collection
Natural and clean environment for the cultivation of medicinal herbs is providing us access to the best usage of all active ingredients in herbs. Some medicinal herbs are possible to cultivate from their natural habitat and use them for a quality product. We are conducting guidelines of Good Agronomic Practice (Good Agriculture Practice) and the principles of ecological production for the cultivation of medicinal herbs. These high quality raw materials are used for the equipping of teas and therefore to ensure top quality of final products.
Implementing the Good Collection Practice we are buying off the various species of wild grown herbs. Each plant has its own cycle of growth and maturation. In the period of maximum content of active components in herbs, plants are collected, dried and preserved in order to maximize the power of nature, contained in a particular part of the plant.

Processing
Processing of raw materials includes a series of combined steps that is in a whole, highly technologically developed process. The quality of processing is ensured by HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 certificate and the system of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP for natural medicines. Only a product that meets the quality standards is finalized in a processing.
Quality Control
Herbarium products consist only controlled medicinal herbs. After harvesting, drying and processing, plants are conducted to quality control (according to the regulations for each plant) and the control for health insurance (determination of heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, microbial analysis). Using a controlled medicinal herbs and herbal products we are able to get the best of nature – the beneficial effects and enjoy the exceptional taste and smell, characteristic to Herbarium teas.
Quality System is assured by ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP.
